Thank you for shopping with AriDhi Collections. We endeavour to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here's our policy:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return for a full refund (or exchange/store credit) within 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original packaging and tags.

2. Non-returnable / Excluded Items

  • Items that are personalized/customised, or made-to-order, may not be eligible for return.
  • Items damaged through misuse, or items whose tags/packaging have been removed, are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us at aridhicollections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return shipping label or instructions for drop-off.
  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., wrong size), follow the return process above and place a new order for the correct item.
  • Alternatively, we may directly process the exchange if stock allows.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Unless the return is our fault, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • If we provide pre-paid shipping, we may deduct that cost from your refund if the return is not due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
